want to be a vendor at this year's halfway to halloween?
vending a show like this takes a special kind of person. you will need to tolerate spending time in a haunted hospital. All Vendors are welcome. Please just decorate your booths with a halloween theme. you can/will get spooked by some of the many haunted actors in the hospital.....that being said...space is limited.
booth rent for both days - $50.00
**registered vendors receive a $5.00 discount on all haunted attractions throughout the event.**
set up for friday, april 27th will be from noon-4pm. tear down will be after 8 pm on saturday, april 28th. we do not offer 1 day discounts. please account for drive time when coming to the event. the majority of vending space is indoors(first come, first served), and will be secured and Monitored throughout friday night. if you have an outdoor spot, you will have to tear down your things friday night and set up again saturday morning. but don't worry, outdoor spots get more space...indoor vendors will have a 6'x8' booth. outdoors will be a 10'x10' booth.
